How to create a closed group in VK?

We need to analyze this process in two versions - from a computer and through an application on the phone.

From computer

We go to VK (see entering the VKontakte page). Quite recently, the desired menu item was renamed. It is now called “Communities” (it used to be “Groups”). Go there and click on the “Create Community” button.
