From a computer, laptop, tablet
To contact the VKontakte support service (VK agents) and get help, open this page: Help on the VKontakte website (opens in a new window).
You will see an input line, inside which there is a hint: “Enter your question.” Start typing your question or problem description there.
As you enter this, existing answers to similar questions will appear just below - you can see them right away. Choose the answer that matches your problem. Click on it, it will tell you what to do. If the answer involves contacting support, then there will be a blue button below to contact there. You can send a support request, and a live employee will answer it, but you will have to wait for a response. They will tell you the waiting period - for example, 38 hours. This is approximate! Agree? Click “Ask a question”, describe the problem briefly but clearly, and click “Submit”.
After this, wait for a response, but not earlier than indicated.
If you can’t find how to ask a question in support, try typing the words write to us - the phrase “If you couldn’t find the article you were looking for, write to us” will appear - click on “write to us” and then “Ask a question”.

- Fifth button on the bottom row.
- Once again it’s the same (or the menu button at the top right).
- Help.
- Choose a question topic.
- Choose one of the ready-made answers that is closest to your problem.
- Scroll to the end.
- If the answer involves contacting support, at the end there will be a Write to Support button - click on it.
- A “New Question” will open. Fill in the Essence of the problem (a few words, as briefly as possible) and More details about the problem.
- Attach files (photos, pictures), if necessary. There are buttons for this just below.
- Click on the checkmark at the top right or Create to submit a question.
You will always find the question asked in the “Help - My Questions” section. The answer will appear there.
Via computer
You can contact VKontakte support through the “Help” section, where in addition to filling out a form with a message about help, you can also find answers to some questions about using the service.
This can significantly reduce the solution to your problem, but if you don’t find the answers, you can already contact support.
To contact support, use the instructions:
- Open the VKontakte page and click on the downward arrow, which is located in the upper right corner.
- In the menu that appears, click on the button “Help».
- Thus, we find ourselves in a special section, which contains answers to specific questions. At the top you can enter the question you are interested in, and on the main page select one of the proposed ones. In order to write a specific question for support, click on any of the proposed questions to start.
- Next, select “Report a problem».
- As a result, you will be redirected to a form in which you can state any of your questions. Describe your problem and tell us a little more about it, as a result, click on the button “ Send».

You can also send a letter asking for help through the mobile application in the “Help” section. To get there, follow these steps:
- Launch the VKontakte application on your smartphone and open your profile. There, in the upper right corner, click on the button in the form of three lines.
- Next, we will use the option “Help».
- Then select one of the sections.
- We also select one of any questions - through them you can write your personal question in support.
- As a result, we come to the button "Write to support" Click on it and report your problem to the VKontakte administration.
Why doesn't VKontakte support respond? Why is there no answer? When will they answer me? How much to wait?
When you contact support, they show you approximately how long to wait for a response. Let's say waiting two days for an answer is normal. Maybe they will answer quickly, or maybe not - it’s impossible to say for sure. After all, the support service has a heavy workload.
But even if they wrote to you that you need to wait for an answer (for example) 17 hours, and there is no answer, although this time has passed, it is too early to panic. This is the approximate response time, which was calculated by the system based on how much support managed to respond at that time. But no one knows for sure how it will actually turn out. It can be 17, 18, or 34 hours.
Why doesn't support respond at all? In fact, this happens very rarely. More often there is a different situation: you only think that you have applied there, but in fact you just wrote a comment somewhere on the Internet. Naturally, in this case you will not get any answer. Therefore, you need to carefully read the instructions and understand where VKontakte support actually is and where to write.
Working from a computer
It should probably be said right away that if you are not the creator, you can still appoint admins. But for this you will need Administrator rights. VKontakte also has such roles as “Moderator” and “Editor”, we will talk about them in more detail a little later, if this issue remains relevant for you. After you have sorted out the rights, you need to go to the VK community. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a public page or a group, the actions will be the same. Under the group avatar there is an “Actions” button. Next, go to “Community Management”.
Here you need to go to the “Managers” tab.
Next, “Appoint a manager.”
Be careful, the person you want to make an administrator must be a member of this community and join it, otherwise nothing will work out for you. To the right of his name there is a button to appoint as manager, click on it.
Next, an additional window will open in front of you, in which you can select the following parameters. Please deal with this issue immediately. I once suffered greatly due to carelessness. A little later, I will tell you exactly how.
So, the moderator has practically no rights. The maximum he can do is delete those posts made by other participants, but he himself does not have the right to publish them if the wall is not open. Even if it is available, he is not able to leave messages on behalf of the public. Maximum under your own name. Another ability is to add bots and negative people to the blacklist.
How to find out the administrator of a group in Odnoklassniki from your phone
Let's consider all three options listed above on how to find out the group administrator and contact him when interacting with a social network through the official mobile application for phones.
Once in the desired group, click on its name.
If the administrator has left his contacts, you will see them in a pop-up window, where a link to his page or other possible means of communication, for example, mail, will be displayed.
In a situation where it is not possible to find out the group administrator in this way, the only option left is to communicate through group messages. Click on the “Write a message” button, if it is active, and to the page managers.
Please note: When you really need to contact the group administrator, but you can’t find his contact information, you can try leaving your suggestion in one of the group topics or in comments on feed posts.
