Any of these errors means that downloading and installing specific Windows updates is not currently available. Any update can be installed manually from the catalog if the command line (DISM.exe and sfc /scannow) does not help solve the problem.
Error 0x80070002 may not affect the system update, appearing in the following cases:

Checking logs in the CheckSUR.log log

Method 3: Uninstall Office and Run the Fix It Tool
As it turns out, this particular problem can also occur due to some type of corruption present in the Office installation. This could be caused by an unexpected interruption in your computer or a failed update.
In this case, you can easily fix the problem by uninstalling the Office installation and running the Fix It tool, which can remove any residual file that may still be causing the same behavior.
Several affected users confirmed that this procedure finally allowed them to run applications from the Office suite without the activation error warning. This confirms that the problem may well be caused by a corrupted installation of Office that is not validating the license key.
Here's a quick guide to uninstalling an Office application, running the fix-it tool, and installing it again:
- Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box. Then type "appwiz.cpl" and press Enter to open the Program and Files window.

Installing the Prod_OffScrub.exe installer - Restart your computer again, and then reinstall the Office client from scratch. Once the installation is complete, add your license key and see if the problem is now resolved.
