4. In the only field, enter the email that is the login for your account. If you registered relatively recently, then your login is your mobile number. Then specify it and click “Next”.
5. Confirm that you are not a robot by choosing pictures. Then enter the last name indicated on the page and click “Next” again.
6. The system will find a match based on the last name and the specified login. If the search was completed correctly, click on “Yes, this is the right page.”
7. Now you need to enter the linked mobile number so that an SMS with a code will be sent to it.
8. After this, just enter the received code in the field on the website and come up with a new password for your account. Then you can open your page and use it freely!
However, the user does not always have access to the linked phone, and not everyone remembers the last name indicated in the profile. In this case, the procedure changes slightly: 1. Follow all the steps from the previous instructions up to step 3 inclusive.
2. Instead of entering a number or Email, click on the link to recover using another method.
3. Provide a link to the page. You can open it without authorization and copy it from the browser's address bar.
4. Now enter your current and old mobile numbers, then Email and the old password with which you could previously access the page. Click "Submit Application".
5. As a result, a request will be sent to the administration of the social network to restore access. Employees will compare all data, authorizations and information you entered. After this, you will receive a message on your phone or an email with a decision.
If you cannot copy the link to the page, then use the VK search engine. You can find yourself by first name, last name, city and other characteristics, unless this is prohibited by the privacy settings of your profile.
With the first method, you can simply reset a hacked or lost password in a couple of minutes if you have access to the linked mobile phone. The second method is suitable for those who need to restore a page without indicating the last name and confirmation by number. However, it will take much longer.
Mobile version of VK
Let's move on to the recovery procedure from the VK mobile site, optimized for smartphone screens: 1. Open your mobile browser and go to the page https://m.vk.com/.
2. Under the authorization form, click the “Forgot your password?” link. Please note that from this page you can also download the application and log in via Facebook.
3. If you have the opportunity, enter your email or account login. If not, click on the link below.
4. Further actions are identical to the procedure for restoring access through the full version of the site, but with a more convenient interface for mobile devices.
Do not trust services and people on the Internet that offer to log in without a password. Do not give personal information to scammers and do not pay for their services.
How to log into your page from someone else's mobile phone
Now you know how to log into your VKontakte page from someone else’s computer, but what if you have to use someone else’s mobile phone for this purpose? Unfortunately, neither the mobile application nor the mobile version of the site for smartphones has a secure login function (via a checkbox).
- Do not log in through the mobile application. Open your mobile browser and turn on incognito mode. In the Yandex browser, just click the ellipsis on the right side of the search field and select the “New Incognito Tab” command;
