Message in a friend request
If it is impossible to immediately send a message to the desired user because he has closed his correspondence, you can send him a friend request. It has a special text field for writing your first message. This is where you can place information that urgently needs to be conveyed to the user.

- From your account, go to the user page.
- Under his avatar, click the “Add as friend” button.

Contact a user through group conversations
